I said I wasn’t going to do it, but I did it anyway. Initially, I wasn’t interested in rolling for Miss Crane but that changed after the first chapter of this event. I did three rolls—nothing. Did a bunch of single rolls. Still nothing.
I almost gave up, but then I snagged her on the bonus roll.
Story
Honestly, the story was right up there with the Summer 2020 and Little Big Tengu events. What really stood out to me was the inclusion of Medb NOT as an antagonist but as part of the protagonist’ group. My first exposure to Medb was the Prisma Illya event and oh boy, did I quickly grow to hate her. But, I noticed that starting with 2022’s Valentine’s event, the writers started casting Medb in a better light. She’s still the same, but no longer as hostile/condescending towards the protagonist—although, I wonder if we’re being buttered up for Lostbelt 6 😂
That being said, this was a fun event. It’s too bad that it doesn’t look like there’s going to be a rerun anytime soon.
